Ordering materials from Temple Baptist Church for the USA and Canada Order forms are available from Downloads under Outpost Tools
List the names of the materials you require and quantities for each. If it is a group order (for multiple persons) and a Supervisor's Manual is required, please list the name and address of the church or group that is running the course.
Mail order with payment (don't forget to add postage/handling) to P.O. Box 823, El Dorado, KS, 67042. Checks should be made out to Missionary Outpost/Temple Baptist Church.
